About Me
I am a Naturopathy Practitioner with a background that includes over 18 years of self-directed study in health and wellness, followed by formal training and certification in naturopathy. My interest in this field has been shaped not only by education, but by personal experience. Like many women, I spent years feeling “off” in my body — dealing with persistent gut issues that went undiagnosed and, later, navigating the hormonal shifts of perimenopause. Despite doing many of the “right” things, I struggled to find clear answers or lasting relief. These experiences became a turning point. They deepened my understanding of how closely gut health, hormones, and overall well-being are connected, especially during midlife. Through naturopathic medicine, I learned that symptoms are often signals — invitations to look deeper rather than something to suppress or ignore.
Today, I support women as they move through midlife changes by offering science-informed, natural approaches that honor the body as an interconnected whole. My work is grounded in evidence-informed naturopathy principles and shaped by the understanding that meaningful change comes from addressing root causes, not just managing symptoms. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education in naturopathy and evidence-informed natural health approaches, because I believe women deserve guidance that is thoughtful, current, and grounded in both science and lived experience.
